SOMEBODY HELP

I can not for the life of me figure out how to post an avatar! I know where and theoreticaly what I'm supposed to do. I got the image to 50 by 50 but I just can't/don't know how to get it to 15kb (my image is at 26 or something like that)

I"m going to scream!

I've been a member of this site for about 4 years and I still don't really get it... um so bear with me.

I'm working on two novels and that's what most of my Art here is from

One of them is a re-working (more like a mash up) of the Fairy Tales called... well... Fairy Tale

and the other is a Prequel/re-tooling/Sequel for the Wizard of OZ

Oh yeah, and the others are from Repo! the Genetic Opera! for real though you should go rent it. it's like WOW
